As we did with the AO-85-A, this version our AO-120 mixer is equipped with a computer for controlling the kneading times, audible alarm, error test and programming of the different kneading systems according to the products to be processed.
We also have the version AO-120-AV that includes a speed controller controlled by a potentiometer in the control panel, and that allows us to vary the speed of kneading, depending on the product we are kneading.
