We tried the GCN to make hamburgers

The pneumatic cutting group is an apparatus for cutting portions.
In this case we have adapted it to a continuous filler with portioner, to make hamburgers.
The GCN cuts the product when indicated by the stuffer, creating medallions or slices of meat of the desired thickness, with a maximum diameter of 110mm
This type of process is valid for companies that manufacture paperless hamburgers, and with the double belt option we can obtain hamburgers with a more homemade format, and increase the working diameter.
