Efficient, robust and reliable vacuum mixer with a capacity of 350 litres, for the production of almost all types of food products.

The bowl of this mixer has a double jacket as standard to be able to optionally heat or cool the product.

ZZ-type double parallel arm kneading system, with two directions of rotation to facilitate a good homogeneous mix during kneading without punishing the product. Each blade rotates at a different speed for better mixing.

PLC with touch screen to control all the parameters according to the type of product that we are going to process. This PLC allows you to create and save manufacturing programs, with kneading times, vacuum intervals, temperature control and speed of
