A new concept of vacuum stuffer with two coaxial pistons, whose working system allows that when one cylinder accepts the product while making vacuum, simultaneously the other one gets empty. This action is produced alternatively.
By making the vacuum at the moment of the admission of the product, we successfully remove a higher degree of air.
With the big cylinders and pipes we obtain:
Delicate treatment of the product, avoiding smearing.
Admission of big pieces.
Avoid heating of the product.
The size of the outlet will allow horns up to 73 mm in diameter. Therefore, large pieces of muscle can be processed.
With the dismounting system, we can gain access to all the different parts through which the product goes, thus allowing quick and efficient cleaning. The feeding device and crown can easily be dismounted to allow the cleaning of the hopper without any obstacles.
The new electronic processor incorporates the portioning system, the clipper outlet, and controls the pressure of the mass for a proper proportioning, with a testing system for any possible breakdown and a rear-lit screen which enables to see all the information about the machine operation.
The ECC-PG version incorporates a guillotine at the outlet which does not reduce its diameter and enables to portion all kind of products, small or big pieces. By means of a simple nut, the guillotine can be fully dismounted, and this allows it to be cleaned quickly and efficiently.
